ok, so some one convinced me to use special effects instead of manic panic. Where do u buy it, i know hot topic does, but are there any other stores? i want to use black, i have medium brown hair to semi light, but mor medium, im not dying all of it, and im will not lighten or bleach my hair becuse i do not plan on redying it often. so will black still show? and how long will it last for if i dont lighten/bleach my hair? are there any other colors that would show up as well? but my main concern is where do i but it? i prefer not to get it online.
