Garnier is very good, but in order to keep your hair healthy you should rotate your shampoo on a month to month basis. Like one month use that and the next month use Sun Silk. I actually found that Sun Silk works WONDERS on my husbands hair more than Garnier. He's been using it for several months and he hasn't had to rotate AT ALL. It's STILL working wonders! That and citrishine is amazing, can't go without that.

is your hair naturally curly? if it is i have the same hair as you. you could use the shampoo you use now or pantene curl defining shampoo and conditioner, which ever 1 you prefer. when you are done washing your hair, use the pantene curl defining scrunching moose.

use the same stuff. but put castor oil in your hair. its real cheap. you can but it at the dollar store. or super market, or drugstore. theres usally a black girl on the cover (if theres a picture at all) buy a leave in conditionr.
