I have medium lenghth hair and I want me hair to grow much longer...?

I know this sounds wierd but is there any way I can get my hair to grow faster?!?! I am a dedicated flat iron user and my hair grows REALLY slow due to me damaging and please no one say stop using the flat iron I am not going to stop! Please help!

okay theres a few things you can do. Buy a length and strength shampoo and conditioner to make it more healthy. also try a leave in conditioner to keep it healthy. Also don't wash it everyday the oils your hair develops keeps it healthy and growing. I also take a daily vitamin for hair, skin, and nails that makes it grow healthy and faster. you can get it at any drug store or walmart. I too flat iron my hair everyday and it is hard to stop. i recently had to get my hair trimmed because it was very damaged. I would suggest that also just to get the bad ends off and your hair will grow quickly after.

There are certain shampoos you can buy with extra vitamins and whatnot to speed up the growth of your hair. Try searching the internet for some.

And I disagree with the "don't cut it" answer above... regular trims can actually help your hair to grow faster.

If you refuse to give up the flat iron the only way to make your hair grow is to be more vigilant about getting it trimmed. If your hair is way damaged its not going to grow due to split ends and breakage. Getting it trimmed every 6 weeks or do will keep the damage to a minimum and hopefully allow you to grow your hair longer.

I know, I know. I use a straightening iron too, I hate my curly hair. I have always heard that faithful brushing of your hair makes it grow faster. You could get extensions while you are waiting for it to grow, but I understand they are very costly. I am letting mine grow to the ground!! lol

There r many things u can do, for one it is said milk helps the hair grow faster.. also there r many products on the market tht is exactly for tht.
